Frequently Asked Questions

  • Guests are invited to pose for a quick reference photo, which I use to create their watercolour portrait on-site.

    They can continue enjoying the celebration while their portrait is created. Each portrait is presented to your guests in an elegant protective sleeve once it has dried.

    The experience is seamless, interactive, and designed to complement the flow of your event.

  • On average, I complete 8–10 guest portraits per hour.

    Your chosen package determines the duration of live illustration, with an estimated number of guest portraits included.

  • I prioritize guests on a first-come, first-served basis during the booked timeframe.

    In our experience, approximately 70% of event guests request a portrait.

    Additional portraits not completed during the event can be completed in-studio after the event as an add-on (€60 per portrait) and mailed within four weeks.

  • Portraits are typically created on high-quality A5 or 5x7” professional watercolour paper — an elegant size that feels special yet easy for guests to transport home.

    (Custom sizing can be discussed for brand activations.)

  • Absolutely.

    I can incorporate brand colours, logos (subtly), or custom paper design to align with your visual identity while maintaining an elegant, artistic finish.

  • I work with professional-grade watercolour paper and paints to ensure vibrant, lasting artwork.

    My setup is intentionally refined and minimal, designed to blend beautifully into weddings and elevated brand events.

  • I will need:

    • A table with linen and chair

    • Good lighting

    • A nearby power outlet

    • Access to water

    I handle the rest, including my materials and display setup.

  • I am based in Palma de Mallorca and available across the island.

    Travel outside Mallorca can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.

  • Many couples and planners book 6–12 months in advance, particularly for peak event season.

    I recommend securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability.

  • After your inquiry, a 50% non-refundable retainer will be required upon signed agreement to secure your date.

    The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event.
